Realty Savers will market to sale the property “subject to existing
lender(s) approval of a Short Sale” from start until close. Upon
receipt of a qualified offer(s), Short Sale Savers will process the
“short sale” and negotiate with lender(s).
The referring broker/agent receives 25% of the commission for
listing service per lender’s approval at closing.

buyer.
Upon the receipt of a qualified offer(s), Short Sale Savers
submits the offer(s) along with required paperwork, including a
suggested documentation checklist, D.R.E. listing contracts. Short
Sale Savers processes the Short Sale from start to close.
Short Sale Savers receives 25% of the commission for listing service
to complete processing of the Short Sale
The broker/agent receives 75% of the commission for
listing service per lender’s approval at closing.
